The Radix 5-layer leafy greens module is a high-efficiency vertical hydroponic system designed for commercial indoor farming. It provides increased production capacity while maintaining a compact footprint, making it ideal for high-density cultivation in controlled environments.
This configuration is optimized for growers seeking higher yield per square meter and improved operational efficiency.
Flexible Growing Configurations
The system is engineered for versatility across multiple crop types and production strategies:
- Adjustable water levels allow operation as NFT (shallow flow) or DWC (deep water culture)
- Each growing layer includes two movable raft trays for efficient crop handling
- Flexible raft configurations:
- 180-hole rafts adjustable to 90 holes
- 54-hole rafts adjustable to 27 holes
- Integrated shade caps prevent light entry and maintain optimal root zone conditions
- Additional low-density raft options (18 holes) available for larger crops
- Compatible with propagation and microgreens systems
