The Radix 6-layer leafy greens module is a high-density vertical hydroponic system engineered for commercial indoor farming. It is designed to maximize yield per square meter while maintaining efficient space utilization in controlled environment agriculture.
This configuration is ideal for professional growers and commercial farms seeking optimized productivity and scalable production systems.
Flexible Growing Configurations
The system supports multiple crop strategies and operational flexibility:
- Adjustable water levels allow operation as NFT (shallow flow) or DWC (deep water culture)
- Each growing layer includes two movable raft trays for efficient crop handling
- Configurable raft systems:
- 180-hole rafts adjustable to 90 holes
- 54-hole rafts adjustable to 27 holes
- Integrated shade caps prevent light penetration and stabilize root zone conditions
- Additional low-density raft options (18 holes) for larger crops
- Compatible with propagation and microgreens systems
