The Radix 8-layer leafy greens module is a flagship high-density vertical hydroponic system engineered for maximum production output in commercial indoor farming. It is designed to fully utilize vertical space, delivering the highest yield per square meter within the Radix system range.
This configuration is ideal for large-scale indoor farms and professional growers seeking maximum efficiency, scalability, and production performance.
Flexible Growing Configurations
The system provides advanced flexibility for different crop strategies:
- Adjustable water levels allow operation as NFT (shallow flow) or DWC (deep water culture)
- Each growing layer includes two movable raft trays for efficient crop handling and harvesting
- Configurable raft systems:
- 180-hole rafts adjustable to 90 holes
- 54-hole rafts adjustable to 27 holes
- Integrated shade caps prevent light penetration and maintain optimal root zone stability
- Additional low-density raft options (18 holes) available for larger crops
- Compatible with propagation and microgreens systems
